By asking yourself questions and studying the feelings you get during an attack, you will start to see a pattern emerge. This then gives you more of an understanding as to why you are getting these attacks in the first place, and help you learn how to control future panic attacks.

One good strategy to learn how to control panic attacks is to look and copy people who have suffered and experienced panic attacks in the past and see how they have learnt how to control their own panic attacks. While everybody is different, some people have learnt to get rid of their panic attacks altogether; while others have managed to get their panic attacks under enough control that they don’t affect their daily lives as much as before.
