However, looking to increase your hours at work or looking into ways to earn extra cash, is a great starting point to finding potential solutions and reducing your stress symptoms.

If you really search deep down inside yourself to find a practical solution you will not only find it reduces your stress and anxiety levels but it will help you in the long term to constantly search and find practical solutions to any stressful situations you may find yourself in, that at first appears to be impossible to resolve.
