Depending on the stage of your pregnancy they may not want to rely solely on medication and they will help advise you on breathing and relaxation techniques to help deal with your panic attacks during pregnancy as they arise.  These breathing and relaxation techniques can also be used when you feel anxious during pregancy too.

No, there are self help books, audios and videos out there made by people who have conquered their own panic attacks successfully. They can help you understand where your anxieties are coming from and why you are reacting the way you are. They can give more exercises for dealing with panic attacks during pregnancy as well as exercises for dealing with the anxieties and stress that are causing your panic attacks.

Panic attack exercises need to be practiced every day. The more you practice any panic attack exercise the more successful you will be at keeping those panic attacks during pregnancy at bay and enjoying your pregnancy as much as you can.

Another plus to combating your anxieties now, is that your child will look up to you and see you as an example, so if you learn how to deal with stress and anxiety for yourself, than they will learn this from you, which could be one of the best things you could ever teach them.
